Das Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung liegt in Berlin am Kapelle-Ufer, benannt nach dem Widerstandskämpfer Heinz Kapelle, der im Alter von 27 Jahren von den Nazis ermordet wurde. Die wichtigste Waffe dieses Kämpfers war die Information, und sein Widerstand bestand in der Verbreitung von Argumenten, von Wissen statt Propaganda. An diesen geschichtsträchtigen Ort, an dem auch mal die Mauer verlief, hatte das BMBF am 11. und 12. September eingeladen: zu einem Netzwerk- und Methodenworkshop zur Forschung in der Palliativversorgung.
