Surgical video of an exoscopic keyhole supraorbital approach for resection of a pre-infundibular supradiaphragmatic craniopharyngioma. This is a case of a 62-year-old female who presented with 3 months of partially blurred central and upper temporal quadrant vision in left eye. Patient was seen by ophthalmology and underwent MRI Brain for evaluation which revealed 2.5 cm suprasellar mass compressing the left optic nerve compatible with a craniopharyngioma.
