This study presents a case series involving five cases of orbital wall reconstruction utilizing the innovative technique of endoscopic orbital periosteal suture. We elucidate the indications, surgical procedure, and postoperative outcomes. While numerous methods for orbital wall reconstruction exist, they often entail complications linked to the strength of the reconstruction. Our novel approach proves to be a valuable, complication-free alternative that simultaneously maintains robust reconstruction, promising enhanced patient outcomes.
