This video describes the use of endoscopic ICG angiography to protect the ophthalmic branches of the superior hypophyseal artery during the resection of a third ventricular craniopharyngioma. The patient is a 21-year-old female presenting with vision loss, found to have a third ventricular craniopharyngioma. She underwent an endonasal endoscopic approach and ICG angiography was used before, during, and after resection. After surgery, her vision improved, and her postop MRI showed near total resection.
