This is a surgical video of an EEA odontoidectomy and pannus resection in a 68-year-old female with of progressive motor deficits and PMH of rheumatoid arthritis. MRI showed severe ventral brainstem compression and spine image showed cranio-cervical instability. She underwent a two-stage surgery, an EEA odontoidectomy, and pannus resection that is depicted on the video followed by a posterior cervical fusion.
