This video summarizes a case of a 45-year-old female with a long history of chronic rhinosinusitis and multiple sinonasal surgeries, including a DRAF type III in 2020, who came to us with a recurrence of right nasal obstruction, frontal headache, and nasal discharge. CT scan and ENT evaluation showed a restenosis of the right frontal sinus. Surgical revision of the DRAF type III with lateral-based local flaps and steroid-eluting stent was offered.
