The supraorbital mini orbitozygomatic approach is a versatile approach for lesions of the anterior cranial fossa and affords additional access and viewing angles compared with a standard supraorbital craniotomy. The use of endoscopic assistance is an additional measure that can help to view pathology in blind spots inherent due to the minimally invasive nature of the approach. This case demonstrates the approach and illustrates the versatility of adding an endoscope for visualization.
