A 59-year-old, right-handed female presented with a left sphenoid wing meningioma found to be growing on serial imaging. Given her history of rheumatoid arthritis on immunosuppression and fibromyalgia, a more minimally invasive transorbital approach to tumor resection was selected to decrease the risk of infection and postoperative pain.
