Zugelassene monoklonale Antikörper zur In-vivo-Diagnostik[¹]

Die nunmehr bereits 25-jährige Geschichte der Entwicklung von monoklonalen Antikörpern und die in der jüngsten Vergangenheit zu verzeichnende Zunahme von Zulassungen klinisch relevanter monoklonaler Antikörper ist Anlass, eine zweiteilige Übersicht zum Stand der Zulassung dieser Arzneimittel zu geben. Im ersten Teil erfolgt ein kurzer Rückblick auf die Geschichte der Zulassungen von monoklonalen Antikörpern sowie eine Darstellung der zugelassenen Antikörper zur In-vivo -Diagnostik. Im zweiten Teil werden die Antikörper, die zur therapeutischen Anwendung zugelassen sind, vorgestellt. Hierbei werden ausschließlich die bis Ende 2000 zugelassenen Arzneimittel behandelt, so dass diese Beiträge einen anderen Inhalt haben als die kürzlich erschienene Übersicht [2] .
