The autors described a rare case of spontaneous splenic rupture following abdominal hysterectomy in a patient with adenomyosis, severe sideropenic anemia and initiated anticoagulant therapy with low molecular heparin.

Die Autoren beschreiben einen seltenen Fall von spontaner Milzruptur nach einer abdominellen Hysterektomie bei einer Patientin, die Adenomyose und schwere sideropenische Anämie aufwies und bei der eine Antikoagulanztherapie mit niedrigmolekularem Heparin bereits eingeleitet worden war.
