Zusammenfassung
Darstellung eines extrem selten beschriebenen Falles einer Milzläsion im Zusammenhang
mit einer gynäkologischen Laparoskopie, die bei Anlage des Pneumoperitoneums entstehen
kann. Die Kenntnis der Pathogenese lässt ungerechtfertigte Haftpflichtschadensfälle
abwehren.
Splenic lesions as a complication of pelviscopy
Summary
The induction of pneumoperitoneum for diagnostic pelviscopy caused a splenic lesion
as a result of stretching and distorsion of perisplenic adhesions. It will be discussed
forensic problems.
