Primäre kutane Aktinomykose am Gesicht

Zusammenfassung

Die primäre kutane Aktinomykose ist eine seltene Manifestationsform der Infektion mit Aktinomyces species. Hier berichten wir den Fall eines 51-jährigen Patienten, bei dem eine Probeexzision aus dem langsam wachsenden ca. 1,5 × 2,0 cm kutan-subkutanen Knoten an der linken Wange die Diagnose Aktinomykose ergab. Der Knoten ging von der Dermis aus und hatte keinen Kontakt zu tieferen Weichteilgeweben oder Knochen des Gesichtes, so dass die Diagnose einer primär-kutanen Aktinomykose gestellt werden konnte. Abheilung wurde mittels Radikalexzision und anschließend Antibiose (Penicillin G 20 Mio IE/d über 4 Wochen) erzielt.

Abstract

Primary cutaneous actinomycosis is only occasionally diagnosed. We observed a 51 year old male patient with a slowly growing, at presentation 1,5 × 2,0 cm measuring, strictly cutaneous-subcutaneous tumor at the left cheek. After diagnostic tissue biopsy we treated the tumor by complete excision and consequent antibiosis with penicillin G for 4 weeks. Since there was no involvement of further soft tissues or bones of the face we diagnosed a primary cutaneous actinomycosis.
