Zusammenfassung
Ein 67-jähriger Mann mit einer vorbestehenden koronaren 3-Gefäß-Erkrankung erleidet
im Rahmen des Besuches eines Bundesligafußballspieles einen durch Kammerflimmern bedingten
beobachteten Kreislaufstillstand. Aufgrund des sofortigen Einsetzens von Herzdruckmassage
und Beatmung sowie der schnellen Verfügbarkeit erweiterter Reanimationsmaßnahmen durch
die im Stadion anwesenden Rettungskräfte gelingt es innerhalb von fünf Minuten, den
Kreislauf wiederherzustellen. Nach Stentimplantation und Implantation eines ICD kann
der Patient vier Wochen später ohne neurologische Defizite entlassen werden.
Abstract
A 67-year old man, with preexisting 3-vessel coronary artery disease, is suffering
a cardiac arrest caused by ventricular fibrillation during a football game in the
Fritz-Walter-Stadium, Kaiserslautern, Germany. Due to immediate bystander-BLS and
rapid ALS provided by the stadium EMS-service, the patient regains spontaneous circulation
within 5 minutes. 4 weeks after the arrest the patient is discharged from hospital
without neurologic deficit.
