Fragebogen zur Messung der psychosozialen Belastungen bei chronisch-entzündlichen Darmerkrankungen (FBCED): Konstruktion und Evaluation

Zusammenfassung

Der „Fragebogen zur Messung der psychosozialen Belastungen bei chronisch-entzündlichen Darmerkrankungen” (FBCED) erfasst ein breites Spektrum an krankheitsspezifischen Alltagsbelastungen bei Patienten mit chronisch-entzündlichen Darmerkrankung (CED). Basierend auf einer mehrstufigen faktorenanalytischen Fragebogenkonstruktion mit 300 CED-Patienten ergibt sich eine Endform mit 32 Items, die einen globalen Belastungswert und 8 unterschiedliche Belastungsbereiche enthält: Affektive Verstimmung, Arzt-Patient-Verhältnis, Angst vor Darmkontrollverlust, berufliche Beeinträchtigung, Sorge um Krankheitsverschlimmerung, Belastung durch medizinische Maßnahmen, Beeinträchtigung der Sexualität/Partnerschaft und körperliche Beschwerden. Reliabilitätskennwerte der 8 Subskalen mit je 4 Items weisen auf eine gute interne Konsistenz (α = 0,76 - 0,89) und eine hohe Retestreliabilität hin (r = 0,75 - 0,92). Die Validität des Messinstruments lässt sich anhand von Zusammenhängen mit medizinischen und psychologischen Variablen belegen.

Abstract

The „Inflammatory Bowel Disease Stress Inventory (IBD-SI)” measures a broad spectrum of disease-specific every day stress factors in patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Based on a multistage factor analysis on 300 CED patients, the final form comprises 32 items assigned to 8 different domains: depressed mood, doctor-patient relationship, anxiety about loss of bowel control, occupational impairment, worries about deteriovation, stress from medical treatment, impairment of sexuality/partnership and physical complaints. In addition, a global stress score can be obtained. The reliability values of the 8 subscales with 4 items each indicate a good internal consistency (α = 0.76 - 0.89) and a high retest reliability (r = 0.75 - 0.92). Significant correlations with medical and psychological variables supports the external validity of this questionnaire.
