Sofortimplantate mit provisorischer und endgültiger Sofortversorgung

Zusammenfassung

Die Sofortimplantation ist, auch in Kombination mit der Sofortbelastung und insbesondere in der Unterkieferregion, inzwischen ein anerkanntes Therapieverfahren. Im Unterschied zu der Sofortbelastung werden bei der Sofortimplantation keine okklusalen Kontakte angestrebt, doch ist die muskuläre Belastung durch Lippe und Zunge vor allem an der Oberkieferfrontzahnregion nicht außer Acht zu lassen. Auch wenn die Sofortbelastung in der Oberkieferfrontzahnregion den Grundprinzipien der Osteointegration nach ungestörter Einheilphase widerspricht, kann die Versorgung erfolgreich umgesetzt werden. Die Ergebnisse multizentrischer Studien werden von den Autoren zusammengefasst und die Grundprinzipien erläutert.

Summary

Direct implantation, also if combined with immediate load (i. e. direct use) is a recognized therapy, especially also in the mandibular region. In contrast to direct loading, immediate implantation does not seek to achieve occlusal contacts, although one should not overlook the muscular load exercised by the lips and tongue especially in the maxillary front teeth region. Even if direct load exercised on the maxillary front teeth region contradicts the basic principles of osteointegration in respect of an undisturbed phase of healing, placement can be successful. The authors summarize multicentre study results and explain the basic principles.
