Zusammenfassung
Das modulare TTA-System nach Favero (Total Treatment Appliance-System) hat einerseits
sämtliche biomechanischen Vorzüge der Pendel-Apparatur bei der Distalisierung von
Molaren, andererseits bedeutet die Verbindung des Gerätes mit einem Implantat und
die Verwendung von Zusatzelementen eine Perfektionierung im Sinne einer umfassenden
Therapie des Oberkiefers mit nur einem einzigen Gerät.
Das mit der Kunststoffauflage der modifizierten Pendelapparatur verbundene osseointegrierte
Implantat garantiert eine feste und stabile Verankerung während der gesamten Therapie.
Das modulare TTA-System vereint höchste ästhetische Ansprüche mit niedrigsten Anforderungen
an die Compliance des Patienten in einer einzigen vorab geplanten Apparatur. Dies
trägt zur Verkürzung der Therapiedauer und zur Standardisierung der Behandlungsabläufe
bei.
Abstract
The Favero Modular TTA system offers all the biomechanical advantages presented by
the pendulum appliance in effectiveness of molar distalization: moreover, the connection
of the device to an implant and the insertion of superstructures allow the perfectioning
of the total treatment of the upper arch with a single appliance.
The adoption of an osseointegrated implant, connected to the acrylic button of the
modified pendulum, guarantees an absolute anchorage during the whole treatment.
The modular TTA system allows the highest level of non-compliance and aesthetics during
treatment, all united in a single previously planned device. This reduces treatment
time by standardizing most of the phases of treatment.
