Zusammenfassung
Die diabetische Gastropathie wird zu den autonomen Neuropathien gerechnet, die Störung
der Magenfunktion ist aber komplexer. 30-60 % der Patienten mit längerjährigem Diabetes
mellitus sollen betroffen sein. Typische Beschwerden sind Blähungen, Übelkeit und
Völlegefühl, sie können aber sehr wechselnd sein und kommen auch oft bei Nicht-Diabetikern
vor. Aus hausärztlicher Sicht gibt es weder befriedigende diagnostische noch therapeutische
Ansätze.
Summary
Diabetic gastropathy is counted among the autonomous neuropathy, although the disturbance
of the gastral function is more complex. 30-60 % of patients with a longer standing
of Diabetes mellitus are supposed to be affected. The most common complaints are flatulence,
nausea and fullness, which occur variously and also often among non-diabetics. From
the general practice view point, there is neither satisfactory diagnostic nor therapeutic
point of departure.
