Fallbeschreibung
Die Patientin wurde wegen eines stenosierenden Kolonkarzinoms hemikolektomiert. Postoperativ wurde mehrere Tage eine begleitende Schmerztherapie über einen Periduralkatheter durchgeführt. Wenige Stunden nach Entfernung des Katheters entwickelte die zuvor neurologisch unauffällige Patientin eine progrediente Paraparese der Beine mit diffusen Sensibilitätsstörungen der unteren Extremität. Zur weiteren Diagnostik wurde eine MRT der Wirbelsäule durchgeführt.
