Zusammenfassung

Lac vaccinum defloratum, die entrahmte Kuhmilch, wurde 1879 von Samuel Swan in die Homöopathie eingeführt. Bei der Arzneimittelprüfung fiel eine ausgeprägte und differenzierte Kopfschmerzsymptomatik auf, die seitdem mehrfach verifiziert werden konnte. Die auffallenden Kennzeichen der Kopfschmerzen sind die vorangehenden Sehstörungen, die Auslösung durch helles Licht und Obstipation und die begleitende Übelkeit mit galligem Erbrechen. Anhand von vier Migränepatienten wird der Einsatz von Lac defloratum demonstriert und weitere interessante Symptome und Indikationen der entrahmten Kuhmilch als homöopathische Arznei geschildert.

Summary

Lac vaccinum defloratum, the skimmed cow milk, was introduced in homeopathy 1879 by Samuel Swan. In the proving, marked and detailed symptoms of head pain are attracting the attention. They were verified more than once since then. The striking features of the head pains are the preceding sight defects, bright light and constipation as a cause, and the accompanying nausea with livery vomiting. By means of four patients with migraine the use of Lac defloratum is demonstrated. Further interesting symptoms and indications of skimmed cow milk as a homeopathic remedy are described.
