Zur Weiterbildung in betriebswirtschaftlicher Kompetenz (Hospital Management)

Zusammenfassung

Eine Umfrage zur Weiterbildung in betriebswirtschaftlicher Kompetenz wurde unter 55 Führungskräften der Dermatologie, zur Hälfte in leitenden Positionen, zur anderen Hälfte leitende Oberärzte, durchgeführt mit einem Rücklauf von 58 %. Beide Gruppen sind dabei gleich repräsentiert und in beiden Gruppen hat wiederum die Hälfte weiterbildende Maßnahmen durchgeführt und die andere Hälfte nicht. Eine vorsichtige Auswertung belegt Bedarf und Nutzen solcher Kurse und ermöglicht die Formulierung zur Ausrichtung und zur Qualitätssteigerung derselben.

Abstract

An inquiry on the postgraduate formation in hospital management was undertaken in 55 excellent dermatologists, half of them in leading positions and the second half among chief residents. Both groups were equally represented in the 58 % of answers and half of the responders, again in both groups, reported on postgraduate training courses, whereas the other half did not undergo such courses. The careful evaluation documents the need and the profit of such courses and allows the formulation of the topics as well as the way to increase the quality.
