Die Ovarialgravidität als Differenzialdiagnose des unklaren Ovarialtumors: Fallbericht und Übersicht der Literatur

Zusammenfassung

Die Ovarialgravidität gehört zu der seltenen Lokalisation der Extrauteringravidität. Bei unklaren Ovarialbefunden sollte dennoch an eine Ovarialgravidität gedacht werden. Bei der Bestätigung mittels des HCG-Wertes kann dann gezielt organerhaltend operiert werden, was insbesondere in der reproduktiven Lebensphase von Bedeutung ist. Andernfalls würde der auffällige Ovarialbefund regelhaft zur Ovarektomie/Adnektomie führen.

Abstract

Ovarian pregnancy is a rare variant of ectopic pregnancy. In the event of ambiguous ovarian findings one should also consider an ovarian pregnancy. If the β-human chorionic gonadotrophin confirms the diagnosis an ovarian wedge resection can be performed to preserve as much ovarian tissue as possible to maintain fertility. Otherwise a suspect ovarian tumour would usually lead to ovarectomy or adnectomy.
