Abstract

We present the case of an 84-year-old man with concomitant breast and prostate cancer. The patient presented with the clinical clinical picture of a T4-breast cancer. During preoperative staging prostate cancer was diagnosed. The patient received neoadjuvant endocrine therapy followed by breast surgery and systemic endocrine therapy for breast and prostate cancer, respectively.

We discuss treatment options in male breast cancer and the implications of concomitant prostate cancer.
