Punktion jeder Pankreasraumforderung?

Bei Raumforderungen des Pankreas beseitigt die mikroskopische Diagnose die diagnostische Unsicherheit, vermeidet weitere Maßnahmen und erleichtert die Therapieplanung. Alle angewandten Punktionsverfahren haben als entscheidenden Nachteil eine unterschiedlich hohe Rate an falsch-negativen Befunden [2-4]. Zusätzlich sind sie im Fall eines Malignoms mit der Möglichkeit der Zellverschleppung intraperitoneal oder entlang des Stichkanals und mit dem Auftreten von Komplikationen belastet.
