10 Jahre Christoph Murnau: Multimodales Einsatzkonzept eines Luftrettungsmittels

Zusammenfassung

In der berufsgenossenschaftlichen Unfallklinik Murnau wurde 1994 der Standort für einen Intensivtransporthubschrauber eingerichtet. Diese Maßnahme begründete sich in der zunehmenden Anzahl von intensivpflichtigen Patientinnen und Patienten, die aus anderen Kliniken in ein Krankenhaus der Maximalversorgung mit dem Behandlungsauftrag der Berufsgenossenschaften verlegt werden mussten. Im Laufe der letzten 10 Jahre wandelte sich jedoch das Einsatzspektrum so sehr, dass nicht nur ein anderer Hubschraubertyp eingesetzt wurde, sondern zusätzliche technische Veränderungen - z. B. zur Windenrettung - durchgeführt werden mussten. So können aktuell drei Einsatzbereich mit einem Einsatzgerät abgedeckt werden: 1. Primärrettung, 2. Windenrettung und 3. Intensivverlegungen.

Abstract

Taking into account the characteristics of the Murnau location, the air rescue team developed an appropriate concept for the extended spectrum of operations made possible by the use of a helicopter. Development of this concept at the Murnau Trauma Center was based on the assumption that handing over patients as directly as possible from one treating physician to another will minimize the loss of information. Therefore, as a first step, the structural and staff requirements for the foundation of a helicopter station for intensive care transports were fulfilled in 1994. The helicopter equipment for intensive care transports was complemented by the equipment necessary for rescue operations. The spectrum of operations was further increased by the installation of an outside winch for rescue operations in pathless terrain. Due to Murnau's location, the helicopter could successfully be used in three fields - intensive care transport, mountain rescue and primary rescue. At the same time, a shift in deployment from secondary to primary operations could be observed, especially to mountain and winch rescue operations.
