As new therapeutic modalities and technologies have become available, we have witnessed an enhanced effectiveness of non-invasive therapies when used in combination.

Botox neuromodulation of the corrugator and procerus muscles combined with Restylane/Perlane filling of the glabellar furrows provides a longer lasting and more complete correction than either modality alone. Similarly Botox applications to the distal depressor angulii oris muscles enhance filling of the oral commissures. Pre surgical orbicularis muscle Botox treatment enhances the result of laser-assisted blepharoplasty and eyelid laser resurfacing. Pre surgical treatment of the brow depressors with Botox also enhances the final result of surgical brow elevation The results of Therma-Lifting (non-laser non-ablative radio frequency technology) are enhanced with pre-treatment of the platysma with Botox. All of the above lifting, tightening, and rhytid-ablating therapies are made more profound with treatments to improve skin texture, resilience and dyspigmentation (ie. non-ablative lasers, IPL, chemical peels, microdermabrasion). We will review our protocols for non-invasive rejuvenation of each facial area.
