Before I built a wall I'd ask to know What I was walling in or walling out.

Robert Frost, ‘Mending Wall’

A 52-year old female came to see us on 7th March 1998. She was suffering from a varicose ulcer on the right leg just above the ankle. It was a non-healing ulcer after an injury. It appeared for the first time in October 1990. When it got infected she applied soframycin and had a severe allergic reaction from it (Fig. [1]).
