Zusammenfassung
Wir berichten von einem 76-jährigen Patienten, bei dem es nach Genuss von schwäbischen
„sauren Nierle” zu einer anaphylaktischen Reaktion kam. Andere Fleischgerichte isst
der Patient seit Jahren ohne Probleme. Als Ursache der allergischen Reaktion konnten
wir im Pricktest eine Typ I-Allergie auf die enthaltene Schweineniere nachweisen.
Bei allergischen Reaktionen nach Verzehr von Fleischgerichten, insbesondere bei Innereien,
sollte daher eine Typ I-Allergie auf Schweineniere mitbedacht werden.
Abstract
We report on a 76-year-old male patient suffering from a life-threatening anaphylactic
reaction due to ingestion of “sour pork kidney”, a special German meal from Swabia.
Pork and other meat has been tolerated without any complications by the patient for
many years. As reason for the anaphylactic reactions we found a Type I-allergy to
pork kidney with a positive pricktest to pork kidney. Whenever a patient suffers from
allergic reactions due to meat-containing meals a pork kidney-allergy should be considered.
