Definition, Indikation und Vorgehen bei der Sofortimplantologie

Lernziele

Der Leser sollte nach Durcharbeiten dieses Artikels

• die Nomenklatur der Sofortimplantologie mit den Unterschieden von Sofortimplantation, Sofortbelastung und Sofortversorgung differenzieren können,

• die Grundvoraussetzungen für das Erreichen der Osseointegration unter funktioneller Belastung kennen,

• die Möglichkeiten der Anwendung der Sofortbelastung im anterioren Unterkiefer praktizieren können,

• die Indikationsstellung und das klinische Vorgehen bei der Sofortversorgung im Oberkiefer und Unterkiefer-Seitenzahn-Bereich beraten können und

• die Einschränkungen der Anwendung von Augmentationen bei der Sofortbelastung und Sofortversorgung kennen.
