Zusammenfassung

Die Behandlung allergischer Erkrankungen mit Homöotherapeutika kann unter Beachtung homöopathischer Therapieprinzipien und mit Hinweis auf die 33, 117 und 207 auf verschiedenen Ähnlichkeitsstufen durchgeführt werden; die Vielschichtigkeit der Homöopathie erlaubt ein solch differenziertes Procedere. Obwohl von den neuen homöopathischen Arzneimitteln - Cardiospermum, Galphimia sowie Luffa- noch kein umfassendes Arzneimittelbild vorliegt, kann dieses durch systematisches Erfassen von Einzelfällen im Sinne der Einzelfallanalyse kontinuierlich ergänzt werden; dies spiegelt zugleich das dynamische Wesen der Arzneimittelbilder und somit der homöopathischen Arzneimittellehre als auch ihr Therapiespektrum wider. Diese Erkenntnisse, zusammen mit den daraus resultierenden therapeutischen Beobachtungen am Kranken, lassen eine effiziente Homöotherapie durchaus zu und tragen zur gewünschten Präzisierung der Pharmakodynamik bei.

The treatment of allergic diseases by means of homoeotherapeutic agents can be carried out at several stages of similitude by taking into consideration the homoeopathic principles of therapy and with reference to 33, 117 and 207. The various aspects of homoeopathy allow such a distinctive procedure. Although there is so far no comprehensive description of the new homoeopathic remedies - cardiospermum, galphimia and luffa - this can be continuously achieved by recording individual cases in accordance with the case analysis. At the same time, this would reflect the dynamics of the remedy descriptions and therefore of the homoeopathic pharmacology as well as its spectrum of therapy. These findings together with the therapeutical observations of the patient which result from these findings allow a quite efficient homoeopathy and contribute to the desired exact definition of the pharmacodynamics.
