Zusammenfassung
Ausgehend von der verfahrenen Diskussion um die Homöopathie in der medizinischen Öffentlichkeit
wird grundsätzlich Kritik an dem Versuch geübt, die Wirksamkeit homöopathischer Therapie
durch Nachweis materieller Wirkfaktoren in homöopathischen Arzneien zu erklären. Die
Parallele zur Hypnose wird aufgezeigt, die durch eine physikalische und spiritualistische
Interpretation für Jahrzehnte an wissenschaftlicher Glaubwürdigkeit einbüßte. Die
Unfähigkeit der offiziellen Medizin, die Phänomene homöopathischer Heilung angemessen
zu untersuchen, wird mit der dogmatischen Trennung der leiblichen und seelischen Sphäre
und dem dadurch bedingten "blinden Fleck" erklärt. Anhand eines Fallbeispiels wird
ein hypothetischer Ansatz dargestellt, derdie Möglichkeit eröffnet, über die Arzt-Patient-Beziehung
zu einem angemesseneren Verständnis homöopathischer Heilung zu kommen.
Summary
Attemps to explain the effectiveness of homoeopathic drugs basing on proof of active
substances are criticized in general, starting from the obstinateful discussion about
homoeopathic therapy within the medical profession. Homoeopathic history is compared
with the history of a contemporary phenomenon in medicine: hypnosis, which due to
a physicalistic an spiritualistic interpretation, had lost its scientific credibility
for decades. The inability of the medical profession to investigate in a less reductionistic
manner the forces of homoeopathic healing is explained due to the dogmatic Separation
of body and soul. Reflecting the physician-patient-relationship in a case history,
a hypothetic Position is given that opens the possibility to understand more appropriately
the phenomena of homoeopathic therapy.
