Zusammenfassung

Wissen stammt in der Homöopathie in der Regel aus folgenden Quellen: zum einen aus dem Studium der Werke Hahnemanns, seiner Schüler oder Nachfolger (die scholastische Methode), zum anderen aus der Berufung auf die eigene Erfahrung oder die der Lehrer. Dieser Erfahrungsbergriff ist im wissenschaftstheoretischen Sinne naiv. Weil er immer schon eine unausgesprochene statistische Annahme impliziert, sollte eine konsequente Weiterentwicklung in Richtung klinischer Studien erfolgen.

In homeopathy data are obtained mainly from two sources: on the one hand the study of the scrip-tures of Hahnemann or one of his pupils (the scholastical procedure), on the other hand the reference to one's own experience or to the expe-rience of a teacher. This epistemological concept of experience is naive. As there is always a Statistical assumption by implication, clinical trials should be strived for consequently.
