Summary

For the choice of the remedy, the pathogno - that is what HAHNEMANN will say with his 153 and 154 of the Organon. These individual, i. e. strange, peculiar, unusual Symptoms of the case. monic Symptoms (= Symptoms which caracterize a disease, typical Symptoms of a didease) are less important than the individual Symptoms of the case. Rare, extraordinary by themselves, or by the modality, or the localisation, or the extension. Extraordinary, notable can be a certain Sensation, or the mode of onset and end of a Symptom, or the combination of two contrary Symptoms, but even the absence of some Symptom expec-ted can be something to mark. Two cases, on acute, the other chronic illustrating the theses, terminate the paper.
