Zusammenfassung

Nach dem im ersten Teil untersuchten Syndrom und Leitsymptom für das neue Mittel Nepenthes wird im zweiten Teil das Syndrom der atonischen Dyspepsie anhand klinischer Fälle betrachtet. Dabei ergibt sich eine gut belegte Modalität "Verdauungsbeschwerden nach dem Essen schlechter", die mit großer Wahrscheinlichkeit als Allgemeinsymptom "nach dem Essen schlechter" aufgefaßt werden darf. Als verifiziert darf auch das "Klumpengefühl im Magen" gelten. Auf einige auffallendere Symptome der Pathogenese, die noch nicht verifiziert sind, wird hingewiesen.

Summary

In the second part, the guiding Symptom "atonic dyspepsia" of Nepenthes is discussed on the base of a number of clinical experiences. It is shown that the Symptom "the digestive troubles are aggravated after eating" is well verified. One can even accept it as a general sym-ptom "after eating agg." Also "Sensation of a lump in the stomach" is clinically rather well verified. The proving of Nepenthes produced some more or less peculiar Symptoms, but not yet or scarcely verified: feverish restlessness; no desire for smoking; in the mouth, taste of pepper or iron; enjoyment absent during coition;puffiness before the menstrual period; dryness of the skin and mucous membranes.
