Zusammenfassung
Hinsichtlich des Miasmaproblems einiger Schulen wird untersucht, welche Rolle den
»Miasmen« in der klassisch-homöopathischen Praxis zukommt. Die Analyse von Hahnemanns
"Chronischen Krankheiten" und der Organonausgaben vor und nach deren Erscheinen ergab,
daß er zwar eine theoretisch-medizinische Miasmenlehre für die real vorkommenden Fälle
von Syphilis, Feigwarzen- und Krätzeerkrankungen aufgestellt hat, für die Mittelwahl
jedoch ausschließlich nur die wahrnehmbaren Symptome der gesamten chronischen Krankheit
des Patienten, frei von jeder hypothetisch angenommenen »miasmatischen« Verursachung
forderte, um die Wissenschaftlichkeit der homöopathischen Heilung zu sichern. Dagegen
muß die heutige Verbindung der für unsere Praxen vorwiegend imaginären Miasmavorstellungen
weltanschaulicher und esoterischer Art mit der Symptomatik vom Standpunkt einer Hah-nemannschen
Homöopathie als fragwürdig angesehen werden.
Summary
With concern to certain homoeopathic schools the importance of the »miasms« in
classical homoeopathic practice is investiga-ted. The analysis of Hahnemann's "Chronic
Diseases" and the Organons before and after the publication of the former showed that
Hahnemann created a theoretic medical doc-trine of the miasms for the real cases with
Syphilis, condylomata and itch, but strictly insisted on the Separation of theory
and the empiric data in practice of healing. In the art of healing the choice of the
remedy is exclu-sively determined by the totality of the Symptoms of the chronic patient.
On the other hand, the modern combination of pure imaginative »miasmatic« theories,
ideologic or esoteric, with the symptomatology must be considered, from the Hahnemanman
point of view, as dubious.
