Anhand des bekannten Krankheitsbildes der Causticum-Grippe und einiger wenig bekannter Causticum-Symptome werden die Vorteile auseinandergesetzt, die für homöopathische Praktiker ein modernes Suchsystem in einem Computer hätte, das für ein gesuchtes Symptom nicht nur die Mittelnamen ausgibt, sondern gleichzeitig den gesamten Wortlaut der Original-Prüfungssymptome. Hiermit beabsichtigt der Verfasser, die Anbieter dazu anzuregen, die Systeme für Computer-Repertorisation so zu modernisieren, daß auch wir die rasante Entwicklung der Technik ausnützen können.

Summary

By citing the well known disease-image of the epidemic cold healed by Causticum, and by relating some not so well known Single Symptoms of this remedy in their original form the author intends to discuss the method of finding these Symptoms first in Kent's reper-tory, then in the materia medica with the help of a personal Computer. The discussion leads to a proposal to the makers of computer-repertorising-software to produce more pliable programs independent on the rigid structure of the old repertories.
