Vergleich homöopathischer Kapseln und Tabletten

Zusammenfassung

Aus Triturationen nach Vorschrift 6 des HAB wurden homöopathische Tabletten und Kapseln hergestellt. Die Untersuchungen bezogen sich auf sehr kleine Chargengrößen, wie sie bei homöopathischen Arzneimitteln hšufig vorkommen. Kapseln und Tabletten konnten jeweils in guter pharmazeutischer Qualitšt hergestellt werden. Die Herstellung der Kapseln erforderte jedoch wesentlich weniger Zeit. Außerdem trat bei der Kapselherstellung praktisch kein Verlust an Trituration auf, der bei der Tablettenherstellung bekanntlich unvermeidbar ist. Daher sind homöopathische Kapseln als einzeldosierte und peroral applizierbare Arzneiform besser geeignet als homöopathische Tabletten.

Summary

From triturations according prescription 6 of the HAB homoeopathic tablets and capsules were produced. The investigations related to very small batch sizes, which were offen needed at homoeopathic medicaments. Capsules and tablets could be produced in good pharmaceutical quality. The production of the capsules however required much less time. Moreover the capsules could be produced without loss of trituration, which is usua l a t the production of tablets. Therefore the homoeopathic capsules are better suitable as Single dosed dosage form for peroral administration than homoeopathic tablets.
