Im folgenden Interview wird der Gemütszustand von den Geistes- und Gemütssymptomen differenziert und seine eigenstšndige Bedeutung für die homöopathische Arzneimittelwahl herausgearbeitet. Ein von den Ideen Rajan Sankarans und Carl Gustav Jungs inspiriertes systematisches Studium der Geistes- und Gemütssymptome der homöopathischen Materia medica hilft, archetypische seelische Grundformen und den spezifischen Gemütszustand der Arzneien zu erfassen. Dies kann eine bedeutende Hilfe sein, beim einzelnen Patienten die Differentialdiagnose zwischen mehreren infrage kommenden homöopathischen Arzneien zu treffen. Die Bedeutung von Tršumen für die Erfassung des Gemütszustandes wird dargestellt. Erfahrungen bei der stationšren Behandlung krebskranker Patienten und offene Fragen für die weitere homöopathische Forschung werden benannt.
