Solitärer Tumor des Samenstrangs

Zusammenfassung

Bei einem 57jährigen Mann wurde eine ca. 4,5 cm große, elastische und nicht schmerzhafte Schwellung im Bereich des linken Samenstrangs diagnostiziert und skrotal freigelegt. Nach Exzision fand sich histologisch ein zellreiches Angiofibrom. Diese benignen Tumoren sind sehr selten. Die Prädilektionsstellen bei Frauen sind die vulvovaginale Region, bei Männern das Skrotum, der Samenstrang und die Leistenregion.

Abstract

A 4.5-cm elastic, non-dolent mass in the left spermatic cord was diagnosed in a 57-year-old man and totally excised by a scrotal access. Histologically a cellular angiofibroma was diagnosed. These benign tumours are very rare. In women the most common sites are the vulvovaginal, in men the inguinoscrotal region.
