Zusammenfassung
Berichtet wird über den Fall eines 46-jährigen Patienten mit der seltenen Variante
eines miliaren (kleinpapulös-lichenoiden) disseminierten Granuloma anulare und konsekutivem
Erythema nodosum. Überlegungen zur Diagnostik, Differenzialdiagnose und den therapeutischen
Möglichkeiten werden diskutiert. Auf die hohe Bedeutung einer histologischen Diagnosesicherung
bei lichenoiden Dermatosen wird hingewiesen.
Abstract
We report the case of a 46 years old male patient with a rare miliar lichenoid variant
of disseminated granuloma annulare and conscutive appearence of erythema nodosum.
Diagnostic procedures, differential diagnosis and therapeutic options are discussed.
The high importance of histopathology for the diagnosis in lichenoid dermatoses is
pointed out.
