Anamnese

Der Ehemann der Patientin alarmiert den Rettungsdienst aufgrund rezidivierender Synkopen seiner Frau. Vorbekannt sind eine koronare Herzerkrankung und eine arterielle Hypertonie. Die weitere Anamnese ist aufgrund von sprachlichen Verständigungsproblemen nur sehr rudimentär zu erheben.
