Abstract
It is reported on a case with tumor of the cauda equina with a high protein content
in CSF combined with hydrocephalus aresorptivus. Besides papilledema there was a
Parkinson syndrome which both disappeared after surgery.
Zusammenfassung
Es wird berichtet über einen Fall eines Caudatumors mit hohem Liquoreiweißgehalt,
der zu einem Hydrocephalus aresorptivus führte. Klinisch imponierte neben einer Stauungspapille
beiderseits ein deutlicher Parkinsonismus. Postoperativ kam es zu einer vollständigen
Rückbildung sowohl der Stauungspapille als auch der Parkinson-Symptomatik.
