Abstract
A case of cerebral Whipple's disease confirmed clinically and by CSF cytology has been investigated. Besides clinical and case-history data specific CAT-findings are presented. The CAT-data are equivalent to anatomical features reported from post-mortem examinations.
Zusammenfassung
Neben klinischen und anamnestischen Daten werden insbesondere computertomographische Befunde bei einem Fall von klinisch und liquordiagnostisch nachgewiesenem zerebralen Morbus Whipple dargestellt. Hierbei läßt sich computertomographisch ein recht spezifisches Äquivalent der in der Literatur beschriebenen typischen pathologisch-anatomischen Veränderungen beobachten.
