Zusammenfassung

Im Ultraschall wurde zunächst eine Herzmißbildung und in weiterer Folge eine Lippen-Kiefer-Gaumenspalte gefunden, sowie zusätzliche Anomalien Die Karyotypisierung erbrachte das Ergebnis Trisomie 13.

Abstract

Diagnosis of a malformation of the heart and a facial cleft and additionally other abnormalities by means of ultrasound. The result of karyotyping was trisomy 13.
