Nach einer Schädelbasisfraktur trat nach einer Latenz von über zwei Jahren eine aseptische
Nekrose des Processus lenticularis des Amboß auf. Als Ursache für die Nekrose wird
eine unfallbedingte Durchblutungsstörung vermutet.
Summary
More than two years after a basial fracture an aseptic necrosis of the lenticular
process was found. The cause of the necrosis is probably the chronic impairement of
blood supply.
