Zusammenfassung

Die Ultraschalldiagnostik mit Hilfe des real-time-B-Bildes ist hervorragend geeignet zur Beurteilung größerer abdomineller Gefäßveränderungen. Dies trifft auch für die Diagnose einer Abgangsstenose des Truncus coeliacus zu, die in 18 Fällen sonographisch erfolgte. Bei 10 Patienten wurde sie angiographisch gesichert. Die Wertigkeit dieser Befunde wird diskutiert.

Abstract

Ultrasonography, especially real-time-B-mode, is outstandingly suitable for detecting larger alterations of abdominal blood vessels or Stenosis of the truncus coeliacus. This Stenosis could be detected in 18 cases by real-time-scanning. 10 of these diagnosis were confirmed by angiography. The clinica value of these findings is discussed.
