We report the case of a 58-year-old woman who underwent repair of a chronic dissecting
thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm. Using a method of aneurysmoplasty under normothermic
cardiopulmonary bypass, all intercostal arteries were quickly reperfused, and the
spinal cord ischemic time was minimized. No neurological deficits developed in our
patient using this method.
