Abstract

We describe an immunocompetent adult patient presenting with cough and hemoptysis who was found to have a pulmonary mass localized to the right upper lobe. Lobectomy was performed and pathological examination revealed nodular lymphoid hyperplasia (Pseudolymphome) of the bronchus-associated lymphoid tissue.
