Abstract

A 54 year-old male patient developed anastomotic dehiscence following tracheal sleeve pneumonectomy for squamouscell carcinoma of the rights lung. Among various possible methods of the treatment, omentopexy was adopted and proved very effective in the treatment of such a fatal complication.
