Studies on Follicle Stimulating Hormone Receptor Binding Inhibitor (FSH-RBI)

Percentage specific binding of 125I FSH to rat testis homogenate was 9.78 ± 1.01% when tissue homogenate was incubated at 37°C for 3 hrs. The non specific binding was determined by incubating the testis homogenate with excess of cold FSH.
