Zusammenfassung

Von Mai 1991 bis Juli 1993 führten wir in 397 Zyklen bei starker Teratozoospermie die assistierte Fertilisation durch Mikromanipulation durch (PZD, SUZI und ICSI). In der zweiten Serie mit 152 SUZI-Zyklen lag die Schwangerschaftsrate bei 5% pro Zyklus (10% pro Transfer). In der 3. Serie wurde von SUZI auf ICSI übergegangen.

Abstract

From May 1991 to July 1993, assisted fertilisation by micromanipulation (PZD, SUZI and ICSI) was performed in 397 cycles with severe teratozoospermia. In the second series of 152 cycles with SUZI, the pregnancy rate per cycle was 5% (10% per transfer). In the third series, the method was changed from SUZI to ICSI.
